We then rough & finish machine the shape of the collet and slit it perfectly to ensure proper collapsing of the collet.
Then the collet is perfectly heat treated.
We then precision grind the colllets on the OD and ID to give you a highly accurate collet .
All our collets 100% inspected before they leave our manufacturing plant in India.
